Why I am here?
 
Why am I here
I am here because I volunteer
It helps you, to get rid of a fear
To meet new people who are not in your peer
 
It ignites a light when you are feeling down
To have a community with friends around
Young and old, it’s a family affair
We don’t judge and we don’t compare
 
To volunteer gives you the feel good factor
To make a difference, you could be the next actor
Film clubs, cooking, getting fit for all
No experience necessary your have a ball
 
Experience things you have not done before
Open your heart and open your door
To never feeling lonely & learning new skills
A volunteers life is full of thrills
 
Don’t sit behind closed doors and hide
Volunteering gives you a sense of pride
We have done our best to support & care
When there’s no one around, Heston West will be there
 
Enrich your life and have your say
Make a difference in everyway
Don’t sit back and watch the world go by
Be a volunteer go on give it a try
 
So why am I here?

Come along and join us at our Big Local Christmas Party on Sunday 16th December 2018 from   5 to 7pm organised by our Big Local Youth Action Team at Cranford Community College. It's free and will be full of festive fun. This video is made in collaboration with MADE in HESTON WEST!
