Serving and keeping our community safe. ONE LIFE proves to be a BIG hit with our youngsters!

13 young people from our Big Local Youth Action Team participated in the ONE LIFE two-day activity during February half-term led by the Metropolitan Police and the London Fire Brigade at Imber Court in Hampton. The young people learned many new life skills whilst partaking in the sessions. They learnt basic fire, pumping and police drills. 

​These sessions also enabled our young people to improve their communication, teamwork and leadership skills. Overall the two-days were eye-opening, fun and engaging. We would like to thank the Metropolitan Police, London Fire Brigade and the British Army for their fantastic hospitality and support. 

The young people (above) were awarded with certificates for displaying great confidence, enthusiasm and dedication to the ONE LIFE Project. Well done to Ishmael, Yuvraj, James, Sharanjit, Rajveer, Layba, Haris, Mario, Iman, Emaan, Maria, Ammer Hamza and Haroon.
